Customer can raise a return request when above situation occur, concerned store Manager will arrange for return pick-up within 7 days after the receivable of request.
Customer must share a video or photographs (image of the item both external and internal showing the defects or damages or wrong product or in case of empty packages or quantity issue) to Youbuilt customer care, while opening the within 48 hours of delivery.
Used Materials are not returnable and items sold If any of the item found damaged or material mismatch, customer should inform Youbuilt, not to open all the delivered quantity and then ask for return. Maximum 2 to 3 material is allowed to open.
For Electronic Item, Customer have to contact nearby service Centre for Repair and replacement.
All the items should be in new and unopened condition (not more than 3 item) with original packing, tags, warranty/guarantee card, accessories, straps and inbox literature.
Refund will be processed only after the admin verification of the cause of refund.
Refund once approved a confirmation message will be sent as push Notification.

In Case of Prepaid Order, Refund amount will be transferred only to the Youbuilt Registered customer Names Bank Account through online banking from where the payment was done within 15 working days. Bank account details to be sent to concerned person on request.
