Terms of Use - General

Welcome to Youbuilt Services. These Terms of Use describe the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of the mobile applications from time to time which relate to online trading platform Youbuilt.

1. Application and Acceptance of the Terms

1.1  Your access to and use Youbuilt Services which include Purchase, Service and Quote are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document. By accessing Mobile Application and Services, you agree to accept and be bound by the Terms.  Please do not access or use the Services or the Sites if you do not accept all of the Terms.  
 
1.2 You may not access or use the Services or may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Youbuilt, or (b) you are not permitted to receive any Services under the laws of Oman or other countries / regions including the country / region in which you are resident or from which you access and use the App.

 1.3 If Youbuilt has posted or provided a translation of the English language version of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for convenience only and that the English language version will govern your access to and use of the Services.

 2. Provision of Services

2.1 You must register as a member in order to access and use some Services. Further, Youbuilt reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to or use of certain Services (or any features within the Services) subject to other conditions that Youbuilt may impose in our discretion. 
  

2.2 Youbuilt may launch, change, upgrade, impose conditions to, suspend, or stop any Services (or any features within the Services) without prior notice except that in case of a fee-based Service, such changes will not substantially adversely affect the ability of such paying Users to enjoy that Service


3. Users Generally

3.1 As a condition of your access to and use of the Services, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing or using Services.
3.2 You agree that (a) you will not copy, reproduce, download, re-publish, sell, distribute or resell any Services or any information, text, images, graphics, databases or listings, etc. available on Youbuilt for the purposes of operating a business that competes with Youbuilt,  

4. Member Accounts

4.1 User must be registered on the Application to access or use some Services. Except with Youbuilt approval, one User may only register one-member account on the Application. You built may cancel or terminate a User’s member account if You built has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or is in control of two or more-member accounts. Further, Youbuilt may reject User’s application for registration for any reason.

4.2 Upon registration on the Mobile Application, Youbuilt shall assign an account and issue a member Youbuilt ID, user can set Username and password

4.3 A set of Member ID, Each User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User Name and password and for all use of and activities that occur under your account (whether such use or activities are authorized or not). No Member may share, assign, or permit the use of your Member account, ID or password by another person, even to other individuals within the Member’s own business entity (where applicable). Member agrees to notify Youbuilt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account.

 4.4 User agrees that all use of the Services, and all activities that occur under your account (making any payment for any services) will be deemed to have been authorized by the User.

 4.5 User acknowledges that sharing of your account with other persons, or allowing multiple users outside of your entity to use your account (collectively, "multiple use"), may Member also agrees that in case of the multiple use of your account or Member’s failure to maintain the security of your account, Youbuilt shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s account without liability to the Member.

 5. Force Majeure

 Youbuilt shall not be liable for or required to pay compensation of any nature whatsoever for any loss arising from the unavailability, inconvenience or failures of the services or systems due to the following reasons: (i) system shut-down for maintenance; (ii) inability to transmit data due to failures in communications terminals or telecommunications equipment; (iii) systems failure and inability to perform its functions due to force majeure events including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, power failure, fires, storms, war, political unrest, labor strikes, shortage of labor or materials, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, terrorist attack, explosions, acts of God, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties; or (iv) suspension or delay of services or systems failure due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of Youbuilt such as hacker or cyber-attacks, technical adjustments or failure of the telecommunications department, App upgrades.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return of item in Youbuilt can be Only done if the product is,

        1.Defective Item

        2.Damaged Item

        3.Wrong Item

        4.Less Quantity or No item

        5.Bad Quality

        6.Used Item

         7.Late delivery (Delay without notification)

2.Customer can raise a return request when above situation occur, concerned store Manager will arrange for return pick-up within 7 days after the receivable of request.

3.Customer must share a video or photographs (image of the item both external and internal showing the defects or damages or wrong product or in case of empty packages or quantity issue) to Youbuilt customer care, while opening the within 48 hours of delivery.  

4.Used Materials are not returnable and items sold If any of the item found damaged or material mismatch, customer should inform Youbuilt, not to open all the delivered quantity and then ask for return. Maximum 2 to 3 material is allowed to open.

5.For Electronic Item, Customer have to contact nearby service Centre for Repair and replacement.

6.All the items should be in new and unopened condition (not more than 3 item) with original packing, tags, warranty/guarantee card, accessories, straps and inbox literature.

Refund Policy

1.Refund will be processed only after the admin verification of the cause of refund.
2.Refund once approved a confirmation message will be sent as push Notification.
3.Refund will be done only after receiving the returned item to store with All the items in new and unopened condition (not more than 3 item) with original packing, tags, warranty/guarantee card, accessories, straps and inbox literature.
4.In Case of Prepaid Order, Refund amount will be transferred only to the Youbuilt Registered customer Names Bank Account through online banking from where the payment was done within 15 working days. Bank account details to be sent to concerned person on request.

Warranty/Guarantee Policy

1.Youbuilt give the same warranty or the guarantee for the item the company provides. Any issues for the item we will direct you to company. Warranty is only for the manufacturing defect delivered item.

2.Youbuilt provide a Service rework Warranty within 7 days after the Service order closing.

Cancellation Policy

1.Order Cancellation is accepted only for valid reason and verification by admin.

2.Order Cancellation not possible for Service and Quote Module.

Termination Policy

Youbuilt may immediately terminate your account under certain circumstance without prior notice. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to:

1.Violating terms of use

2.Breach of our copyrights

3.Technical or security problems faced to Youbuilt

4.Fraudulent or illegal activities

5.Inactive account for more than 3 months

6.Requests by law enforcement or other government agencies

Delivery Policy

1.All the delivery can be expected within 7 working days of the receipt of the order and tracking of order at each stage will be available in Customer App- My Order Section.

2.Time Taken to deliver aitem depend on Stock availablity,size and location of delivery.

3.Youbuilt do not provide delivery for rental Item.

4.Youbuilt do not give mobilization for Manpower.
